Unauthorised access to computers, accounts, or networks
Attempts to bypass or penetrate security measures (e.g. port scanning)
Export control violations involving restricted technology or software
Fraud, including credit card fraud, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemes
Threats or harassment
Distribution of pornographic material to minors or child exploitation material

Examples of Unacceptable Use

The following are also prohibited:
High-bandwidth activities such as large file transfers or peer-to-peer sharing (e.g. torrents)
Obscene, indecent, defamatory, or abusive content
Harassment or threats that encourage harm to individuals or property
Forging or misrepresenting message headers
Hacking or facilitating hacking activities
Distribution of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or similar malicious software
Denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or mail bombing
Disrupting network services or other users’ access
Advertising or distributing software designed to violate these terms
Reselling or redistributing the service without authorisation
Seeking unauthorised access to passwords or personal data
Making or distributing unauthorised copies of proprietary software
Intercepting or examining communications without authorisation

Enforcement

Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the network, without notice.
